As a physical therapist, Dr. Richards has a passion for biomechanical analysis, especially relating to running, yoga, and various recreational activities. She enjoys helping motivated people meet their personal or functional goals.

Chris has been teaching yoga since 2008 and continues to develop her teaching by attending training in areas such as restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, pranayama, and Ayurveda.   She received her certification as an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist in March, 2017, through the Himalayan Institute, at Yoga Secrets in Kennett, Pennsylvania.  Chris is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT500 and is certified in a form of exercise called Balanced Athlete which is an alignment based strength training practice that combines the exercise with mindful movement principles.  See Chris' schedule here
