And Now The Teachings of YOGA

We have created a luminous space to inspire our yoga practices, a place where you can show up and teach. The yoga annex will also be the meditation space. Our aim is to provide not only great practice space but support for regional yoga teachers. We hope you will bring your practices and students to The Seed House. The cafe will be open during studio hours, offering beverages, food, and filtered water to enjoy after practice.

Here’s how it works.

We ask for a 3-month commitment to offer one or more classes per week at The Seed House. We will work with you to find the right time slot(s) in the studio schedule. There are also opportunities to host (or participate in) workshops and retreats. We will also host workshops for instructors only, inviting outside teachers to nourish our practices.
