Anne began practicing yoga ten years ago, and became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher in 2013. She has completed additional training in Chair Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, and Let Your Yoga Dance®. Carrie Evans is a certified yoga teacher, trained in Kundalini Yoga, and a board-certified massage therapist. She received her Teacher Training Certification from The Healthy Happy Holistic Center in Buffalo, NY and completed massage and bodywork training from The Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Bear, DE.

As a physical therapist, Dr. Richards has a passion for biomechanical analysis, especially relating to running, sports mechanics, yoga, and Pilates. She enjoys helping motivated people meet their recreational or functional goals through stopping the injury cycle and treating the cause of the dysfunction.

Jen Babylon is certified at the RYT-200 level with Yoga Alliance, is trained in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, and is now teaching Stand-Up Paddle Board yoga. She always brings a bright, community oriented, playful personality to all of her classes and offers students of all levels a safe place to laugh, fall, sweat, bliss out, challenge themselves and maybe get a little funky. She teaches energetic and creative classes on land and water.

John took his first yoga class in college and was immediately hooked. He traveled to Uvita, Costa Rica to complete his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Infinite Source Yoga. John has studied and practiced various types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Restorative, all of which have played an integral role in creating the foundation for his dynamic and alignment-based classes.

Kate Moncrief (Ph.D., RYT-200) is trained in Iyengar-based Hatha yoga. She focuses on healthy alignment and the creative, thoughtful sequencing of postures, combined with breath, for a complete and inspiring practice.

Lauren had her first Hatha and Iyengar yoga classes in San Francisco and Berkeley, California in the 1980’s, but it was during a New Year’s snowshoe/yoga retreat in 2001 with a Kripalu yoga teacher that the foundations for practice were laid as she began to discover a home in yoga and inspiration for reorganizing her work as a physician and colorectal surgeon. The connection grew stronger at Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor then New York City, first on retreats beginning in 2013, then in regular practice which she intensified with teacher training in 2015-2016 followed by Urban Zen Integrative Therapy training (also at Yoga Shanti).
