Anne began practicing yoga ten years ago, and became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher in 2013. She has completed additional training in Chair Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, and Let Your Yoga Dance®. As a physical therapist, Dr. Richards has a passion for biomechanical analysis, especially relating to running, sports mechanics, yoga, and Pilates. John took his first yoga class in college and was immediately hooked. He traveled to Uvita, Costa Rica to complete his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Infinite Source Yoga. John has studied and practiced various types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Restorative, all of which have played an integral role in creating the foundation for his dynamic and alignment-based classes.
Kate Moncrief (Ph.D., RYT-200) is trained in Iyengar-based Hatha yoga. She focuses on healthy alignment and the creative, thoughtful sequencing of postures, combined with breath, for a complete and inspiring practice. See Kate's schedule here
