She has completed additional training in Chair Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, and Let Your Yoga Dance®. Carrie has been teaching since 2009 after her training from the luminous Siri Narayan Kaur Khalsa Fuda in Buffalo, NY.  Her 7 years experience as a board certified massage therapist informs her private services & classes with a background in anatomy, physiology and an intuitive relationship with the mind/body.  Combining sound science and kundalini yoga technologies, she is passionately committed to raising your frequencies so you can reach your highest potential and engage fully in an awesome life.  See her schedule here

Chris has been teaching yoga since 2008 and continues to develop her teaching by attending training in areas such as restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, pranayama, and Ayurveda.   She received her certification as an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist in March, 2017, through the Himalayan Institute, at Yoga Secrets in Kennett, Pennsylvania.  Chris is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT500 and is certified in a form of exercise called Balanced Athlete which is an alignment based strength training practice that combines the exercise with mindful movement principles.  See Chris' schedule here

As a physical therapist, Dr. Richards has a passion for biomechanical analysis, especially relating to running, sports mechanics, yoga, and Pilates. John took his first yoga class in college and was immediately hooked. He traveled to Uvita, Costa Rica to complete his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Infinite Source Yoga. John has studied and practiced various types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Restorative, all of which have played an integral role in creating the foundation for his dynamic and alignment-based classes.
